These days are designed to bring your physical and mental bodies into a state of maximum well-being through exercise, nature and reduced influences from the outside as well as healthy food.

Each day of our retreat starts in silence, allowing us to tap into the depths of our inner being and embrace the profound stillness that resides within. In the evenings, as the day gently comes to a close, we indulge in extra-long calming sessions that nourish our bodies and souls with restorative practices and sound.

We prioritize self-care and offer a space for deep relaxation, where stresses melt away, and a sense of tranquility washes over us. These serene moments invite us to let go and surrender to the healing power of the present moment. You can expect a mindful and thought through blend combining practices from Vinyasa Yoga, Living Yolates, Yin- as well as Kundalini Yoga.

kindclub is all about bringing unique people and settings together — offering and being a place to gather, collaborate and create together. It is such a rewarding and heartwarming pleasure to have Sound Alchemist and Ceremonialist Arianna Piazzi joining our group for a relaxing Crystal Alchemy Bowl Sound Bath. Arianna was a guest at one of our retreats a few years ago and is now holding retreats herself. You will experience the soft vibrations and symphony of tones over your body, flushing over you like a gentle warm hug.

This retreat is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that welcomes people of all skill levels - whether you're just starting out on your journey or have years of experience. It's a space where individuals with varying backgrounds come together to embrace the beauty of self-discovery and growth. Our home away from home, Parkhotel Mondschein, is located in beautiful Bolzano. It combines italians warm hospitality and vitality, with modern lightness and clean shapes. A real treasure in one of Europes most beautiful areas. Originally known as the Manschein, Munschein, Mondschein, or Luna, the hotel served as a versatile space, functioning as a tavern, pub, residence, and hotel. Its roots can be traced back to 1320, making it a truly ancient landmark. Throughout the years, countless individuals, ranging from nobles and artists to farmers and even resistance fighters, have sought solace and comfort within its walls, making it a popular destination for travelers from both near and far.

arrival

The Parkhotel Mondschein is centrally located at the entrance to the old town of Bolzano.

Train: The Parkhotel Mondschein is easy to find and conveniently located just 400 metres from the Bolzano/Bozen train station.
Car: The Brenner motorway leads almost directly to us. Take the “Bolzano Nord” exit and follow the signs to the city centre. Put the address in your navigation or ask a local how to get to the Mondschein. Charging stations for electric cars are available nearby for a fee.
Plane: It’s hard to believe, but it’s true: Bolzano has an airport with flights arriving from several European cities. Or fly to Innsbruck or Verona and continue to Bolzano by train.
