This retreat offers the perfect balance between far niente and self-indulgence, with a carefully curated program designed to gently guide you away from the hustle of your daily routine. These days are an invitation to pause, let your mind wander, nourish your body from the inside out, and soak up the relaxed vibes of the countryside.

Each day of our retreat begins in silence, giving us a chance to connect with ourselves and embrace the stillness within. This is followed by an energizing movement session to awaken the body. The evenings are reserved for long, calming sessions that restore the body and calm the mind with gentle practices.

We focus on self-care and creating a space where you can truly relax, let go of stress, and feel calm. Our sessions are designed to help you unwind and be fully present. You’ll experience a thoughtful mix of practices, including Vinyasa Yoga, Living Yolates, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga, all blended mindfully to support your body and mind.

This retreat is open to everyone, whether you’re just starting out or have plenty of experience. It’s a space where people from different backgrounds can come together, explore new perspectives, and focus on personal growth. All you need to bring is an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to connect with others who share your interests.

Car

By car, you can take the A14 motorway to «Dornbirn Nord». Right at the first roundabout after the motorway exit, head towards Bregenzerwald, initially through the Achraintunnel, and then to Egg. At the main roundabout in Egg, take the first exit to the right towards Schwarzenberg.

In fair weather, we recommend taking the scenic route via Bödele to Schwarzenberg. Take the motorway exit «Dornbirn West», then head towards Dornbirn city center and follow the signs for «Bregenzerwald/Bödele». Once on Bödele, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Bregenzerwald. If you’re arriving by electric car, you can charge it at the electric charging station in the underground car park.

Public Transport

By train, you can reach us via Innsbruck, Lindau, and St. Gallen.
Bregenz train station: Connection with Landbus Line 830 directly to our doorstep. Exit at Schwarzenberg Dorfplatz.
Dornbirn train station: Connection with Landbus Line 870 directly to our doorstep or Line 850 to Egg, change to Line 830 directly to our doorstep. Exit at Schwarzenberg Dorfplatz.

PS: If you arrive by public transport, we’ll welcome you with a Negroni upon arrival.

Airplane

If you arrive by plane, you will land in Zurich, Altenrhein/St. Gallen, Munich, Memmingen, or Friedrichshafen

DOGS

The hotel does allow well-behaved dogs in selected rooms at a daily rate of €30.
