Together with Anna and Nicole, this workshop invites you to explore the world of inversions in a supportive, step-by-step way — from headstand to forearm stand, handstand, and tripod. Whether you’re new to being upside down or looking to refine your skills, this is a space to grow, play, and challenge yourself — safely and in a relaxed, welcoming group.
We’ll cover:
Proper alignment, technique & transitions
Strength, mobility & shoulder stability
Entry and exit strategies for each pose
How to use props & walls for support
Tips for overcoming fear and building confidence
